Because of digital cameras getting cheaper and cheaper, while their quality is getting very high, numerous computer users have a lot of photos stored in their computers, nowadays. Windows includes a picture viewer and a slideshow feature, but unfortunately, none of them is good enough to please an average user. This simple Windows program doesn't have an actual interface for viewing images. That's because the photos are the interface. The user has two methods of viewing pictures, either dragging any photo from a folder into the program's main screen or just clicking on the photo, in case the program is configured to associate all the image formats, during its installation process. No matter what method of viewing photos is used, EasyEye Picture Viewer will automatically scan all the photos included inside the image folder and will allow the user to navigate through them using the mouse wheel or the up and down arrow keys.

One can exit the image viewer by right clicking twice on the image area. Besides viewing images and scrolling between them using the mouse wheel, the user can also view the images automatically one by one, using a simple slideshow. The software supports a wide range of graphical formats, including JPEG, PNG, GIF and BMP.

All the keys and mouse commands used to navigate between photos are clearly explained in the main window of the program, allowing any type of user to quickly understand how the program works without reading an actual help file.
